Changes to API

GET /api/v2/jobResult/
-------------------------
- Added "additionalInfo" section in response json. 
Currently is used when Pre Flight checks are made for POST /api/v2/wagonDetails/ call and holds the information whether 
wagon was sent for release or was rejected with specific reason. 
 

PATCH /api/v2/changeData
-------------------------
- New api call which allows to change the destination of a wagon.


GET /api/v2/referenceData/locations/
-------------------------
- Added description field to the schema. 

GET /api/v2/referenceData/delayCodes/
-------------------------
- Added delayReasonExplanation field to the schema.
